at first i installed avast anti virus. but i removed that software. but now my windows defender in not turning on. it shows a dialogue box cant turn on. if i try manually by using recommended settings it shows a dialogue box that cant change some of ur settings with an error code:0x8007042c.  may i know whats the problem suggest me plzzzzz
