Hey guys, i seriously need help. Whenever i log onto my computer, i get about a minute or so before i can't click on any of my desktop icons or the desktop bar, so i can't even load up the start menu. The only reason i can load a few programmes, such as Mozilla Firefox ect., is because i have object dock installed which isn't affected by it for some reason. I have no idea why this started, but it just started happening about a week and a half ago, and the problem hasn't gone away. I know the problem is windows because sometimes i get lucky and i get a pop-up saying that windows isn't responding and it lets me restart windows, which then allows me to click on my start menu ect., however if i try typing anything into a windows programme, like My Computer or Control Panel, for a search or anything like that, it stops responding and i have to close it and open it again. I seriously need a way of sorting this out without spending money on a new windows. I don't know what caused this problem, please help Thanks, Matt
