hello

can anyone fix force closing applications followed by a quick black screen on windows 8.1?

Basically every now and again during log-in, my computer will not let me access any apps on the start page(affects all users). I click on it and then it appears to open but it force closes immediately with either a black screen or it hangs on a blank UI (background without apps).

I haven't installed or done anything to harm the computer as its brand new other than install 8.1
