I need to create a master image of Windows 8.1 and 7 os  with Mcafee Antivirus Client...

is any tool i have run specially after the Mcafee Av agent installation on reference PC before running the sysprep/capture ??

Please suggest is any step by step guide to capture the reference  PC os image from imagex locally without any task sequence....

There is nothing ConfigMgr-centric that needs to be done to prep the machine regarding McAfee AV.  Whether or not McAfee needs to be prepped is information you'd need to get from the vendor. (I haven't used McAfee AV in years but I seem to recall making registry changes to prep the machine so there are no GUID conflicts.)

You should be able to boot to WinPE if you desire to capture the image manually.
