Perhaps try the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter, open Settings search for 'trouble' select Troubleshooting. Select 'Hardware and Sound' (bear with this), then towards the bottom under the Windows heading 'Windows Store Apps'. Does that find any issues?

Hi ImNips,

Thank you for your question.

In addition above suggestion, we could try to run a System File Checker (SFC) scan to check for any file corruption. SFC scan will scan for corrupt system files on the computer and repair them.

  1.        Press Windows key + X, click Command Prompt (Admin).
  2.        In the Command Prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER: sfc /scannow

Then, check if there are any errors in application log and post them for our troubleshooting.

We could do a clean boot by the following link to check if the issue persist:

If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.

Best Regard,

Jim
