Windows 10 startmenu not working

This morning installed Windows 10 Pro which was downloaded from the Microsoft Licensing site. A iso file 32 bit Windows. Activated it and joined the PC to our Domain. Wanted to look at the startmenu but the Win button thid nothing and the startmenu was not appearing choosing it with the mouse. Right click at startmenu worked, win i works etc. But only the win button only does not work so the startmenu is not working.

Have read that this was a problem in the preview build and also sometimes in the final build. Solutions tried:

powershell command:

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Apps service started and rebooted.

Dism command to clean

logged in with a new account the startmenu does not work also on that administrator account

All are local accounts not Microsoft accounts. I log in with a domain account

UPDATE: when logging in to the pc locally startmenu works so the startmenu is only not working with a DOMAIN account (the domain account is also domain admin and domain admin is administrator local)...

How to solve this problem?

Update found a solution: WIndows Firewall Service did the trick. So Windows Firewall service must be started for the startmenu to work.....?

Free Windows Admin Tool Kit Click here and download it now

Although the startmenu is working now: search is not. Pressing the search icon in the taskbar does nothing and right click startmenu and search does nothing.

Is this a bug?
