Windows 10 Troubleshooter won't work

Having problems with my OneDrive and when I began research to fix it I ran into other problems with Windows 10. No error messages, but to be sure it is running properly I ran Windows 10 troubleshooter. It told me it wasn't compatible with my system. Do I need to reload Windows 10? If so, how do I go about it?
