I've upgraded my windows 7 to windows 10, and i was able to remote desktop connect to this machine.

I've setup the RDC and i can sometimes connect, maybe for 1 second maybe 5 min. however it seems that the host machine automatically logs itself in again. 

I've searched and fiddled but cant figure out how to prevent the host from kicking me. (no one is using host).

How about log in with the same account on the host machine when using RDC to Connect?

The issue you mentioned here didn't happen at my side, usually I just use the same admin account.

If the issue insists, we might need to analyze the network request, in order to figure out the real cause.
