Windows 10 Desktop and LG Bluetooth Headset HBS-760 not playing well together....

I'm really hoping that someone will read this and be able to help me and I apologize if this has already been covered. I couldn't find it when I searched through the answers, and hope that someone who knows a lot more than I do can help!

I recently built a Windows PC Desktop (Intel Core i7 5820; ASRock X99Extreme 4 ATX 2011E motherboard).

I've also recently purchased an LG Bluetooth Headset, HBS-760. I can't determine how to make them work and play together nicely like all the other children on the playground.

The PC Desktop works fine with my Logitech Bluetooth Headset, H-600.

The LG Bluetooth Headset works fine with my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and my LG Tablet, G Pad 7.0 LTE.

The LG customer support chatline representative stated that the Headset would "just not work with a PC", and the customer support phone line representative stated that the problem was with the PC Bluetooth support, that it needed to support either the "A2DP" or the "Hands-Free Bluetooth Profile".

What do I need to do?

Thank you!

Jeff
