Windows 10 Apps won't launch

It seems like none of my Win10 Apps want to launch and load up. I hit the icon for the app and it appears to start but it closes itself around 1s after launching. Xbox, Mail and others won't start. They were working fine until I changed some settings in the Mail and it went bad from there.

I know there was a Command I could use in shell to manually uninstall/install each app but I can't seem to find it.

Anyone have a solution?

P.S Launching from the Taskbar or the Start Menu  doesn't work, and the Store (Beta) doesn't launch either.

Please, ALWAYS specify which build before stating the problems.

Assuming you are using the latest build 10061. If not, please disregard my reply, and I apologize.

Here is an excerpt from Bogging Windows regarding Start Menu apps:

Here are some known issues for this build

We know this one will be a bit painful but there is a bug with this build in which Win32 (desktop) apps wont launch from the Start menu. The workaround is to use search to find and launch these apps and pin them to your taskbar for quick access.

run windows powershell as admin, then enter this command:

Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation) AppXManifest.xml"}

You should reread the OP. xHDx is asking about Modern apps, the issue you
posted about, as is clearly stated, is referring to old style Win32 apps
and not the Modern ones. Your post isn't helping
