We run a domain network with an active directory (Win2008R2, Win2012, remote desktops and regular machines)

We have gradually updated all Win7pro and Win8.1pro clients to Windows 10pro and everything went smooth until except for the last machine.

The last machine received a fresh installation of Windows 10pro x64 because it was a 10-year old P4 running Windows7pro x86 before. When logging on using a local account or the Microsoft cloud account (@outlook) or other domain accounts all features are there as expected (tiles in start menu, Cortana, edge, skydrive).

However, when logging onto the machine using a specific domain account, the startmenu has no tiles, Cortana seems to be missing, there is no edge and no skydrive. Also it is not possible to link this specific domain account to the Microsoft account as the form just closes immediately after opening.

The domain profile was recently changed to V5 and was working as expected before on a different machine running win10pro.

Any suggestions?
