Most likely related to permissions. I see that that one folder was created by sp_design while the rest were created by another account. Windows Explorer is running under you PC's login account while the browser may be running under a different account. (did you use "Sign in as different user"?) Do you have "limited access" on the library itself? It's possible that you only have access to traverse some of the structure while in the library view but as you have no access to anything within that missing folder it's not shown in explorer.Paul Turner http://redmanta.co.uk/blog Twitter: @RedMantaUK MCTS:WSS,MOSS,2010 MCITP:2010. hi, Sorry for late reply. We found the root cause. Lets drill down how i set the permission in site level and top level folders. A custom permission level created called "View Page only" which allowed to access page only in site level. All user are authorized as "View Page only" in site level and customized with "Contribute" or "Read" permission in top level folders. The problem happened in 'View Page only" permission level. We have to check the item in "View Items - View items in lists and documents in document libraries. " in 'View Page only' permission level to resolve this discrepancy. Seem like SharePoint do have permission conflict between site and folder level. Let me know if need more clarify. Happy
