In Win10 : Shutdown Computer = End all programs + Sleep board
In Win XP, ...., Win7 & Win8.1 :
Shutdown Computer = End all programs + Shutdown board
That's wrong on Win10' dos... Please correct the dos in Win 10

And when I push the power's key on my computer it give me :

An error message and shut down ----> (Sleep board)

Could you please share us a screenshots of the error you mentioned?

The power button could be managed by Power Plan settings.

Please check your power plan settings under Control Panel:

Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options

Or type the following command under CMD:

Powercfg -energy

Then share us the mentioned log files.
