Win7 blue screen

My computer is locked with error message: 0x000000CEDrive_Unloaded_without_cancelling_Pending Operation

BSOD:Error333 Registry Failiure of Operating System Host:Blue Screen, Error 0x000000CE, framework file missing due to harmful virus De bug malware error 895-system32.exe failure.

Please help.
