I have migrated to Win 10 some days back from my Win 81. 64x OS. Before this moment, my several SharePoint Instances were running perfectly and without major problems. After the migration I'm facing two very annoying problems:
1. Open Office Files
when I try to open a file directly from SharePoint Documents (double click on it, the most normal thing), I'm getting the error back "Sorry we can't perform this action. Incompatible Office products are installed on your machine. If you have an administrator, pleas contact hem for help". I haven't installed any new application since the migration to Win10 and before it was working without any problems
2. Open SharePoint Document in Windows Explorer
when I try to open my SharePoint Document in Windows Explorer (Library - Open with Windows Explorer), a error pops up "we're having a problem opening this location in File Explorer. Add this web site to your Trusted Sites list and try it again". Well, all of my SharePoints are declared as trusted sites.
