Hello, I have one SCCM 2007 site right now, with servers and workstations as clients. I'm planning to build another primary site, and attach it as a child site, and then re-assign the workstations to the child site with a package. If I do this, will the clients see the replicated advertisements and run them again, or will the clients know they are the same advertisements that already ran when they were assigned to the parent? Thanks! ps- Any gotchas I should watch out for during this client migration?

Hi, Yes the clients will see the advertisement again. They will run it depending on the advertisement settings (always rerun etc). Make sure that the advertisement status mesages are correct. I have seen a scenario where the advertisement would return an error even if the application was installed.
