I just reserved my free Windows 10 upgrade, but, I do not want to lose access to Project Siena. Is it safe to install the Windows 10 upgrade at the end of July, or should I wait as long as it takes for a compatible upgrade for Project Siena?

If I were a betting man, I'd wager that the long awaited Project Siena update will coincide with the Windows 10 launch. I don't have any evidence to back this up, but I'm really hoping that's the reason for such a lengthy delay.
