Wildows Live Photo Gallery and EMET 4.0

Windows Live Photo Gallery won't start while using EMET 4.0.  Anybody else have this issue?  EMET 4.0 is set for "recommended security", and "recommended software."  The system status is at the default.

Error: EMET detected Caller mitigation and will close the application
