Hi,

Could you guys provid us the model of your WIFI adpater?

If your device drivers automatically installed are not working properly, visit the manufacturers support website for your device to download and manually install the drivers. If Windows 10 drivers are not available, the most up-to-date drivers for Windows 8.1 will often work in Windows 10.

For some devices, the manufacturer may provide more up-to-date drivers or drivers that enable additional functionality than the drivers installed by Windows 10. Always follow the recommendations of the device manufacturer for optimal performance and stability.

The Windows Compatibility Center is a community generated database of compatibility information. You can look up your device or application there to see if other users have reported the device or app to be compatible or not. You can also provide feedback and rate the compatibility of apps or devices to help answer the questions of other users of Windows.
