Wi-Fi Connection
After upgrading to Windows 10, I am unable to connect to Wi-Fi when the modem is plugged to a power socket. If I plug the modem to USB, it connects.

The issue is weird.

Regarding WIFI issue in Windows 10, have you checked the article below?

Please first run the network troubleshooter, see if it could help here.

Please also type each of these into an elevated command prompt to check the issue when plug in Power socket.

ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /registerdns

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

NETSH winsock reset catalog

NETSH int ipv4 reset reset.log

NETSH int ipv6 reset reset.log
