Why Sharepoint database is not appearing in Sql Server 2008?
hi I have installed SQL Server 2008 and MOSS 2007 successfully and i can able to create site collection. But i cannot see sharepoint database in SQL Server 2008, why? When i clicked the link Configure Database Server in Central Administration it shows me DataBase serve as SSEE. How to view sharepoint database in SQL Server 2008? Thanks

Hi Athar, Seems to me you have installed SharePoint in 'stand-alone' mode - meaning it used SQL express edition for the database. You'll you to install in farm mode (choose server type "complete") - for you to use a separate SQL 2008 Server for your installation. Here is a guide that may help you. Hope that helps! BlueSky2010
