While connecting share point 2007 calendar to outlook 2007 , it showing calendar item date and time of next day and 30 minutes extra. For eg. Suppose we create a event having start time : 2:00 PM date 30 August 2011 and end time 3:00 PM date 30 August 2011, in outlook 2007 it showing start time : 2:30 AM date 31 August 2011 and end time 3:30 AM date 31 August 2011 I had checked regional setting and date /time setting all servers ( Exchange server , Primary domain controller , Share point server and Share point database server ) which found same as below: Time zone : Chennai , kolkatta , Mumbai and new delhi ( India standard time zone) Date and time : English (US ) Please guide me to resolve this problem.

Dear All My problem is resolved. Following are step by step actions : 1.login with admin rights to sharepoint 2. go to the site 3. click on Site Action Button then click on Site Setting 4. then click on Regional Settings under Site Administration 5. select the time zone as Chennai , kolkatta , Mumbai and new delhi ( India standard time zone) 6. Then click on OK button to save setting. Summary : 1. Check Regional setting on all servers i.e Domain Controller , Sharepoint Server and Exchange Server and it must be same. 2. Check the Regional Setting for all sites on Sharepoint server , it must be same. sachinbagad
