I would like to know if it's possible to know which chient made the update with sccm 2012 r2.

I can see that some device are compliant but i don't know which.

You could simply add the Client Version column to the Devices node and sort the devices on that version.

In addition to what Peter said: I would increase the frequency of the Heartbeat Discovery to 1 day to get better results on the client version.  If you leave it at 7 days, the client version in that column will take that long to be updated.
