Where is the v_Add_Remove_Programs view in the ConfigMgr DB?

I am trying to customize a report, and I want to look at the available columns in the v_Add_Remove_Programs view, but I can't find it in the CM_### DB on my SQL server. I'm using SQL Server Management Server to browse the DB. I used to do this in SCCM 2007 DB all the time, but obviously something has changed in 2012. Where are all the V_ views now? Are they in the ReportServer DB? (I don't seem to have access to the ReportServer DB...only sa does).

I know this is probably a dumb question, but google hasn't really helped me yet...thank in advance.

Hi,

You should find it in the SQL Management Studion in the CM_xx DB under Views DBO.V_ADD_Remove_Programs

If that is the view you are looking for.

That's the thing...I don't see any dbo.V_ under the CM### DB. I only see the "System Views" folder.

It's got to be something with my user account permissions right? My account already has "full administrator" permissions in SCCM console, but only the "public" SQL server role, and no Role Memberships for the CM DB itself.

Any suggestions?

Well then you have to talk to your SQL DBA.

Yep it was permissions. Sorry I assumed the SCCM Console security settings would have applied to the SQL server too. thanks for help.
