    I deployed an application for 16000 users out of which 

500 devices have their deployment status as error, Requirements Not Met, Unknown

800 devices are not visible / Not found in SCCM console to deploy the application.

I was asked to take a report of their deployment status including msi exit code and last communication of Client - server for those machines that are in error, RNM, unknown state?

Where can I get the report on the console? i see 'last hardware scan', last software scan, client status etc. But not the columns I need.

Also what is the process to deploy those devices that are not found in SCCM console?

Try "Client Status Summary" for the report on the clients. If you have your discovery setup right you should be able to look at all systems (collection) and just see if clients are installed and active or not.

There is no process to deploy those devices not found. You need to have clients on them in healthy status in order to deploy anything to them using SCCM.
