Hi, When reviewing the Event Viewer on the FIM Sync Server we see this error: FIM Portal Full Import on FIM.ADATUM.COM did not complete successfully. Please check the FIMSyncService logs. But where are these FIMSyncService logs for us to analyse? Thank you, SK

You could look at the run history within the synchronization service manager (under the operations tab). Otherwise if you have configured logging a particular run profile this should be kept in: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager\2010\Synchronization Service\MaData\<maname> HTH Cheers Heath
