Hi I cannot seem to find the BI templates in VS2010 even after installing the SQL Server Developer Tools (project name "Juneau"). I made sure I did the VS 2010 SP1 updates prior to this. Am I missing anything here?

Hi, for SQL Server prior to SQL Server 2012 you can find the BI templates in the Business Intelligence Development Studio (BIDS), which are installed with SQL Server. If you have installed SQL Server 2012 (Denali) the BI templates will be integrated into Visual Studio 2010.Best Regards. Please Mark Answered, If my solution solves your problem.

Thanks for the feedback! I was able to get the BI Templates in VS2010 after downloading and installng using full ISO image for the Sql Server 2012 (Denali) CTP3. For some reason, It wasnt installing properly when I used the WEB PI version.

Thanks for the info! I just had the impression that the Juneau release include the BI templates for vs2010. The articles that Ive read seemed to say so. I had to install sql server denali ctp3 to get all the BIDS functionality.
