When I create a file (word, excel, txt....) File names are displayed in color green (Encrypted)

When I create a file (word, excel, txt....) File names are displayed in color green (Encyypted). I do not really want the file I am created encrypted (by default)How do I change this default setting?
I will appreciate it somebody can help.

check the properties of the folder, in which you create the files. if the folder is encrypted, files created in it will automatically be encrypted too

To decrypt a folder or file

  1. Right-click the folder or file you want to decrypt, and then click Properties.

  2. Click the General tab, and then click Advanced.

  3. Clear the Encrypt contents to secure data check box, click OK, and then click OK again.

I did it. But this message displayed "Disk is not full or Write protected"
