What is the default date duration for the Workflow Activity Duration Report [displayed in Excel] in SharePoint 2007? Does the Activity Duration report show all the data entered so far or only to a specific date since this data may be very huge. How to archieve the old data? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Hi Amalaraja, Activity duration report is view information about how long it is taking for each activity within a workflow to be completed, as well as how long it takes each instance of the workflow to be completed. So, when your workflow is start, the date of the start is your workflow star. If your workflow is still work, the activity duration report is not stop. So, there is no end date. In fact you open the Activity duration report in excel, but it is Activity_Duration_Report.xml. If you think the report is too large, you can delete the content in your excel. Thanks, Jack
