Hi, If you want to move a MOSS 2007 deployment from a stand-alone server to a server farm, please follow the steps below: 1. Install Office SharePoint Server 2007 on a new farm 2. Move databases from the stand-alone server to the server farm 3. Create and attach data from the Shared Services Provider (SSP) 4. Attach site collection data from content databases For more information, please refer to: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc262325(office.12).aspx Hope it helps.Xue-Mei Chang

Given the timeframe, would it not be an ideal opportunity to consider a migration to 2010? The effort would likely be greater, but the benefits would be substantially more. You could of course consider a migration to a split farm on 2007 as a prep step so the steps described by Xue would apply. However, if you do want to think about moving to 2010 then these resources will help you decide the best approach: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/ee517214.aspx Regards John Timney
