Hello mkhan100,The most important data for SCE 2007 include the following two parts:1. the database instances containing Essentials 2007 data2. the update content files folderAnd they also take the largest disk size. For your scenario, I would suggest you following the article below to locate the SCE database files and update files:How to Back Up and Restore System Center Essentialshttp://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb437269.aspxPlease tell us if these files take too much disk size. Please also check the disk if there are too many third-party programs and data files exist. Thanks, Yog Li - MSFT

Hello, C:\SCE\WsusContent directory is where clients connect to download update files. It could be very large if you stored all the updates on the local WSUS server. C:\WSUS \UpdateServicesPackages directory is where the Software Packages were stored. If you create many software packages on the SCE server, it could be also very large. C:\Windows folder is only used by the Operating System. If the Dick C is almost full, I would suggest you moving the updates to a new disk. To do it, use the following command: WSUSUtil.exe movecontent g:\wsus g:\*.log More information about the command:http://technet2.microsoft.com/windowsserver/en/library/8cca6fab-163e-451d-ab78-70b39fdb14551033.mspx?mfr=true Thanks,Yog Li - MSFT
