I was trying to install SCCM client in a PC. Once it is installed SCNnotifaction popup is continuously coming.

Please help with reason and solution.

SCNotification has stopped working. in detail problem event is CLR0r3. popup is comming continuisly.

it sounds like the .NET Framework 3.0 on this client PC may be damaged or mis-configured.

SCNotification is the Software Center notification popup/toast.

What is the OS of the affected PC?
Try to repair the .NET Framework, according to the relevant steps for the OS of the client PC.

Yes, I know this is an old post, but Im trying to clean them up. Did you solve this problem, if so what was the solution?

Since no one has answer this post, I recommend opening  a support case with CSS as they can work with you to solve this problem.
