We currently use a vendor that we are unhappy with because their "capture" product is very brittle, has a single point of failure in the scanning workflow, and requires a lot of hand-holding, one-off fixes and re-scanning of "lost" batches.

I would like to find a fairly low-to-medium cost solution that can accommodate 20k scans (images) per day being scanned in by up to 8 simultaneous workstations. Also simultaneously I need another 12-18 users doing "QA" on the scans before finally releasing them to be sent to SharePoint 2013, preferably as document sets. (In other words, a batch of a few hundred scanned pages would all go into one document set.)

If you have direct experience with this type of scanning environment can you please state that in your response and tell me what vendor / product you use and how happy you are with it? I'm really looking for a first-hand testimonial that says "this is our page count, this is our vendor, and we are happy" or "stay away from xxxxx". Once I (hopefully) get a few responses I will share with you which vendor we currently have and why the product just doesn't work for us.

It seems like there is not a great relationship with SharePoint. Maybe there is third party tool to provide the solution about the issue.
