We are in the process of migrating from SharePoint 2007 to 2013 at a customer's site and there is a need for the root home page to display a (linked) list of all document and image libraries of all sub-Websites in the web site collection. We do not want to display documents, and not only the web sites, but the libraries in all web sites.
In 2007, the solution was a manually edited list in the root web site, containing links to all libraries, and having target audience filtering applied. If there is no other way, we would continue to use that scheme, but automate it using scripts. However, we would prefer a simple web part finding the libraries, of course ;-)
Trying the table of Contents and the Content rollup Webparts was not successful up to now. Does anyone have
