Web parts won't resize smaller
RE: Sharepoint Services 3.0 Ugh - a bit stumpted so far on this issue... All of our pages with webparts no longer resize very well. Appears that webparts in the first column will only resize smaller to a point then stop resizing. The webpart is still very wide at this point. I've confirmed the Appearance settings are set Height|Width Adjust to Fit Zone for all webparts. [edit] Confirmed it happens on all pages/library views/etc. Seems the min-size now is quite large. [edit] Seems to have started after adding RS Integration. The result is that any browsers at less than 1600x1200 get scroll bars to view the full page. Happens in both IE and Firefox and on all computers tested. Ideas on how to correct this behavior. Thanks, David

*red face* Ok I see the problem. Sharepoint won't resize internal webparts and other pages smaller past the width of the top navigational tabs. Once you hit the window size that show all the navi-tabs it stops dynamically resizing and throws up the hz|vert scroll bars. Probably fairly obvious but just couldn't see that...until after 2+hrs of tbshooting. David

Hi, I think you have to use SharePoint Designer to achieve this for the zones are stored in HTML table cells. Open the page with SPD and change the layout by changing the table. Let me know if you have further questions! Hope it is helpful!Seven
