Web Report Not Working !

One of my primary site server reporting is not working, when i right click and run report, it doesn't shows me any thing..no error...   simply says Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.

I don't find any issue in IIS because the MP and DP's are working good. No errors in IIS logs too.

I have tried to re-install SMS Reporting point but no luck still unable to open the report. I have admin permission on SCCM.

I don't know how to make the report work again, can anyone help me on this

Hi,

Reporting point is only required if you are running SSRS.

A healthy DP and MP doesn;t mean you have reporting configured properly.

Can you confirm if you have the virtual directory SMSeporting_XXX where XXX is your site name in IIS?

Are you talking reporting or reporting point? Exactly which url are you looking at? If it is the smsreporting_<sitecode> reporting (ASP) that site will stop working for reports with too much data.

I don't recommend use it any more use the ssrs site instead.

SSRS report works find but i had a problem with the normal web report.

I finally fix the issue by restart the Default Web Site\SMSReporting_XXX and changed the Actions Pane and the Application Pool entry read DefaultAppPool. and restart the IIS now the web report works fine.
