Web Console Access problems on remote machines
I've installed a complete SCOM 2012 RTM environment (original release, not with the latest update), and have everything is working as it's supposed to. Except for a part of the Web Console. Locally on the web console server, I can authenticate and log
on. Everything works. When I try to connect with other servers or clients, I always get a on other machines, I get this message "You do not have permission to view this directory or page."
So, far we have a very limited setup. The infrastructure are rather big (3 mgmt servers, 1 ACS, 1 web server, 1 DB server), but user roles, management packs, rules etc are at a minimum so far. We have just added users to the Administrator
and Reporting roles so far, as well my test user for the Read-Only role for a web console access test. It's strictly set up as HTTP communication. No SSL.
I've tried to log on with several servers and clients, several types of browsers, and I've tried with domainName\username, FQDM\Username and so on.
Anyone have an idea of what this is? I have so little knowledge of Web setups, that I'm feeling a little lost here.

Have you tried changing the authentication for webpage? In iis, like tried different from basic to Integrated and so on. I have almost the same environment as you, had the same problem too. Change of gpo and authentication was the solution!
