Web Console: Unexpected Error
Hi Dan,
Thanks for the reply, but I'm afraid I'm not with you on being CU related. It was working just fine last week, was broken yesterday and it working (thankfully, but mysteriously) this morning.
I'm wondering if it had something to do with open alerts associated with an agent (which no longer physically exists) that was simply deleted from the console because of the NullReference Exception.

Additional Info that may be related:
A computer object was deleted from the Administration\Agent Managed node of the console, but there were still open alerts from that machine. I discovered this when selecting an alert and getting a prompt with the following message:
"An object of type MonitoringAlert with Id a9946460-fb96-4043-934f-b1ed0e30ebae was not found."
Clicking the Show more information showed:

If you think this is CU related, you may want to open a support call for this behavior.Microsoft Corporation

Hi,
Regarding the message “An object of type MonitoringAlert with Id a9946460-fb96-4043-934f-b1ed0e30ebae was not found.”, I would like to suggest
you try clearing the console cache:
Tired of your console throwing errors - or manually clearing your console cache?

Hope this helps.
Thanks.
