Web Application Monitor Timeout
Hi,
Does anyone know how to configure the timeout settings for an HTTP request for a web application monitor in Ops Mgr 2007 R2? This was something you could configure in the Web Sites & Services Management Pack in MOM 2005 but I can find the option
in Ops Mgr 2007.
Thanks.

Hi NJC
You can set a transaction time alert for either the entire web application, or any individual request.
Does this help you?

Hi,
Please check if articles on the following link will help:

Thanks for the replies.
Matt - I'm trying to amend the timeout value for the HTTP request, in other words, how long Ops Mgr waits before raising an alert saying that the request timed out (as opposed to saying that the site being monitored is not meeting the required performance
levels). I'm not sure if this is the same thing as the setting you've pointed out.
Vivian - unfortunately the article you've linked to does not mention HTTP timeout values as far as I can see.
