WebClient on Win2000 Server to access Sharepoint document library as folder
Dears,
I need to instal/activate WebClient on an old Win2000 Server machine . . .
I have to activate this feature in order to schedulate a task that runs a VBS Script to make file copy from local to a document library . . .
Currently our system admin told me that it is not possible . . .
Any Idea ?
Workaround is to rewrite the VBS file as a .Net console application and call Sharepoint Webservices in order to do file copy . . .
Thanks to support :)
Ciao

Hi dario,
It seems that theres no web client services in windows 2000, you can active the web client in WinXP and windows 2003.
But you can map a network folder in windows 2000, Please refer to these link for more information.
