Warning - Event ID 1309: You're not authorized to answer this survey
Hello, I'm having this warning when people try to answer surveys for a second time. The survey is configured to accept 1 vote only per user. The users let us know that they are looking the error message in not a friendly way. We have set web.config's custom errors parameters on 'OFF' in both WFE. Our deployment is on W2K3 R2 Enterprise + SP2, QUAD-CORE Processor, 6GB RAM, MOSS 2007 + SP2 (Spanish) SQL Server 2005 + latest SP Next there is detailed message of the event: Event code: 3005 Event message: An unhandled exception has occurred. Hello, If you wish that the detailed error should not be displayed, make sure following values are there in web.config 1. <SafeMode MaxControls="200" CallStack="false" ...> 2.<customErrors mode="On" /> Hope this helps and Please correct me if i mis-understood your concern.Regards, Rohan
