Need your help once again

I am facing one strange error on WUAHandler and the server does not scan for the update, and its showing UNKNOWN. I have attached SCANAGENT and WUAHandler log for reference.

I have already tried below options

1. WMI rebuild and reintall SCCM agent

2. reinstall Windows Update

3. Checked the port between SCCM agent and SCCM Server (Telnet is working fine)

4. GPO (RSOP) is showing correct WSUS/SCCM Server in "Specifies intranet Microsoft update service Location"
