We are getting the below error message while opening the WSUS console.

We have tried all the possible ways.

1. Reinstalled WSUS

2. ASP.net

3.IIS

Require your assistance it is very urgent.

1. For urgent issues, you need to contract CSS (Microsofto Support) directly, they will work with you to solve your problem.
2. Is this a CM07 problem or a WSUS problem?

As this is our Preprod setup. So we have not contacted MS.

This a SCCM 2007 issue we have as we are doing patching via SCCM only.

Since this is a preprod environment, my guess is that you have the environment under powered. aka too little RAM, Disk IO, etc.

Exactly what troubleshooting have you done? Have you look a the WSUS logs? Have you looked at Prefmon? Have you looked at SQL logs?

Configuration is good of server.

Earlier we were not able to sync the Software updates and we were getting below error in WSUS logs.

WSUS Synchronization Manager writes log entries to wsyncmgr.log in <ConfigMgrInstallationFolder>\Logs similar to the following:

This isn't a ConfigMgr issue though. It's a WSUS issue and you'd probably get better support in a WSUS forum.
