I'd make sure the updates have actually been downloaded to wsus first, then check the windowsupdate.log file on the clients to determine if updates are being detected. Recently I install WSUS server in my network, Client appearing in computer list of WSUS server. And showing that need few updates when I am checking details updates are approved but not installed to clients. Do anyone have any idea to how to resolve this issue. BR
