I am supporting a startup that wants to offer a subscription-based web site. I am looking for a web hosting company that supports WSS, with the option to migrate to MOSS if the need arises. What we need is: WSS 3.0 and MOSS 2007 support ASP.NET support SQL Server The ability for users to sign up and manage their own accounts (change passwords, etc.) The ability for users to pay with a credit card through the site (to subscribe to the site, pay for podcasts, etc.) A payment plan that lets us start small (Under $1K a year) but add more accounts, disk space, etc. as we grow. Can anyone recommend a company that offers these services but doesn't charge an arm and a leg? I don't need Office 365 or anything that robust, just a handful of power users who will upload content and subcribers who can manage their accounts from the site.
