Hi, i have used Wss3.0 the alert is not working. i have config the correct SMTP server in my Sharepoint Server Outgoing service. last three days onwards is not working. how to solve this problem. Thanks in advance. santhosh.

First check your outgoing email settings done properly. To do this simply check it for whether users receiving emails when giving permissions to the user? Next one is check timer job in central administration?Thanks & Regards, Neerubee
