Hi All, There is a WSS 3.0 farm taken from another administrator. Now we have a very slow file uploading speed (2 Mb files - 30-60 sec). There were no changes in farm configuration. We created a new farm on another server using the same SQL Server (2005 cluster). No problem with uploading, very fast. We created a copy of a content DB of the original WSS (25 Gb) and connected it to a fresh test WSS farm. No problem with uploading as well. If you have any similar case, please inform. Ok, can you validate how many diferent services exist in the old farm, was only sharepoint or other Web/IIS/application? Does the old server the same hardware?? 32/64 bit, how about the network card speed 10MB/100MB/1GB...? All this can afect the heath of SharePoint and upload withou changing the Farm configuration.... There is a lot of check list you can validate and dont make so much focus in the Database....
