In our WSS 3.0 implementation we are AD integrated. When I open a SP page using my normal limited rights account and then use the sign in as different user option and sign in with my domain admin account which has owner rights on the site, the site reloads but my credentials still havent changed from my limited rights account. If I refresh the page, 2 to 3 times on average, the credentials change and the site settings button is finally displayed to me. The strange part is that this doesn't happen for all admins just a couple of us but we can't figure out why.
