Hi Folks, I am dealing with very weird issue and unfortunatelly i didn't find any solution for that. Let me explain you complete story. We are using Project Server 2007 having some customized workflows. Today morning all of the sudden workflows stoped working and showing an error: "An error occurred during the processing of . Could not load file or assembly 'TestWebParts, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=c0ff9bcbeab6cca3' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified" Here let me tell you thay I didnt make any change on workflows neither change any configuration of the server. Looks like someone installed "TestWebParts." They may have been installed long ago, but someone finally added one to a page. Not sure why that would affect your workflows. Find these webparts and remove them from the pages, then the webpart gallery, and remove the solution. TestWebParts shouldn't make it to production. Now this error is more concerning: " Unable to connect to the database SharePoint_Config on EPM02 ". This could be any number of things. Perhaps SQL was offline for a bit.
