WSS 2.0 Upgrade To 3.0 - databaserepair command missing.
Hello - We are upgrading a WSS 2.0 server to 3.0. We have a new server setup with WSS 3.0 installed. I have run the prescan and have a few issues to correct. My issue is the "databaserepair" command is missing and I am not able to run the command from stsadm. My understanding was this was included in a hotfix post SP2 and we have SP3 installed so the commands should be there? Any help would be appreciated. Thank You!

Thanks for the response Dave! I did try to install the Hotfixes but get an error:"The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the windows installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch." when I try to install.

Is the WSS 2.0 environment currently working? Can you run the Product and Technology Wizard on the WSS 2.0 environment to verify any service packs or hotfixes are successfully applied? What is the DLL version of the stswel.dll on the WSS 2.0 environment?Fred Ellis - MSFT - "Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
